When I start my computer I get a window named "WINDOWS INSTALLER". It eventually wants to install ScanSoft OmniPage SE 4.0. I don't have a disc and don't know if I need this. Can you tell me what I should do?

The OmniPage software probably came with your all-in-one printer. If this fits your situation, just put in your printer CD.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
